THE NEXT GENERATION OF TOTAL FUEL ECONOMY LUBRICANTS
- A team of researchers devoted to development:
The majority of future lubricant development conducted at the TOTAL research center, based in Solaize in France, is devoted to the development of technologically advanced lubricants which will generate even further fuel savings for TOTAL consumers and partners.
- A long-term vision of more FE fluid grades
TOTAL is already working on the future generation of engine oils known as “low HTHS” which are even more fluid (grade W-20): this technology will provide even higher fuel and CO2 savings and provide an even more optimum engine protection than that generated by “conventional” Fuel Economy lubricants.
